I was offline the last three days because we celebrated the "Father's Day". A lot of man in Germany spent the holiday "Ascension of Christ" together with their friends (and off course without their wifes) and walk from pub to pub to drink a lot of beer.

A friend of mine developed another concept. On "Father's Day" we contest a funny competition with unusual disciplines. Therefore we meet somewhere in Germany far away from the civilization (usually there you have no mobile network coverage) for two day. We arrive on Wednesday afternoon, drink a few beers, grill sausages and steak and make a camp fire. The competition takes place on Thursday.

This year we met in the Erzgebirge in Saxony. A former railway house was converted into a holiday home. This accommodation is for 2 nights exclusively rented. The accommodation is for self catering. That's why we brought our own beer.

We had

• 5 boxes Lübzer Export
• 2 boxes Reichenbrander Hell
• 1 box Lausitzer Porter
• 1 box Augustiner Edelstoff

We were not aware that trains are still using this track.

The train driver and his passengers were happy that he had passed the Wartburg car without an accident.

We became hungry and fired the grill.

The nights in Erzgebirge are cold, and that's why we needed a fire. And every fire needs wood. Another friend of mine delivered a lot of wood.
