Introducing Myself — Sasha Genji

Hello, dear Steemit reader!
I am a newbie among you, but I’ve already met some amazing people close to my soul like @g-no, @reiki-trail, @tracey-annmair and @diabolika.

Writing about that which is close to me, about that which interests me, has always been an unfulfilled wish for me. Either not enough time, or not the right words, or not enough motivation, or even - occasionally - a feeling that it’s a completely pointless activity that won’t result in anything worthwhile. Steemit has changed that for me down to the roots! I’m jumping out of bed with thoughts about what to write and go to bed planning my next post. This is so wonderful and I am truly grateful to my husband @nikigenji for opening up this unique online world to me!

I’ve been living for many years in, around, and through the topics of ‘manifestation’ and spirituality. One of my life’s philosophies is that everything that comes into my life at any given moment is necessary for me on some level. This is why I bravely say “yes” and try.

Steemit appeared at a time of big changes both in my personal and professional lives: shifting to consultation- and freelance-based work, as well as moving from Malta to a life of almost constant travel that for now doesn’t have a final destination.

So, like with many things in my life: I welcome Steemit, all members here, and am looking forward to see what I will bring to you and what you will bring to me! 😀

At some point, I will likely write a lot of posts about who I am, how I perceive myself, and what my worldview is like, but at this stage, I feel that one of my main expressive channels is artistic creativity. It is hard to describe, but each of my art creations - no matter how small or big, even making breakfast! - is a path to a new Universe.

So I welcome you to the Sash Genji Universe and hope that it will resonate with you. 😉
