#1 Camping, Volcano Acatenango, Guatemala
First, @lizanomadsoul spends the night camping on Volcano Acatenango—an active volcano in Guatemala. From her tent, she watches Volcano Fuego erupt in front of her, before freezing around a campfire and not sleeping much due to the altitude. At 4am it's time to get up again to climb to the peak for the most beautiful sunrise she's seen so far. Be sure to check out her stunning photos of the volcano erupting.

#2 Camping, Rocky Mountains, Canada
Not the only one today to experience cold mountain temperatures, @ladybug146 then takes us camping in the Canadian Rockies. Waking up cold in a leaking tent was not a great start, as it continued to rain on and off throughout the day. But this did not spoil her adventure as she explored the many roadside points of interest including the Rock Glacier on the Kananaskis Trail. After a wrong turn through some gorgeous scenery, she makes it to Canmore, to enjoy a hot meal and some internet before heading back to the campsite.

#3 Medieval Festival, Alby sur Cheran, France
Finally, we head to Alby sur Cheran, near Annecy, France, where @barbara-orenya shows us around the town's annual Medieval Festival. Jugglers and musicians liven up the streets while the ale flows freely from ye olde taverns. Festival-goers get into the spirit by dressing up and spending their money on all sorts of treats and potions. It is also possible to purchase a mesh vest—useful for protecting oneself should a medieval battle break out involving swords or jousting lances.
