Traveldigest

#1 Gateway to Tuscany, Florence and Pisa, Italy

@vegoutt-travel takes us into Italy, from the beautiful countryside of Tuscany to the cities of Florence and Pisa, overflowing with cultural and architectural heritage. After arriving by cruiseship and renting the car, we set out for Florence. A compact city where you'll find art around every corner you turn, from 15th and 16th century palaces to medieval chapels and fresco-decorated churches. And let us not forget the works of famous artists as Boticcelli and Michelangelo. After exploring Florence, it is time to check out Pisa, most known for it's leaning tower of Pisa. Whilst the tower is definitely a sight to see, there are over 20 other churches, several medieval places and various impressive bridges to see.

#2 Spiritual side trip to Rustovo Monastery, near Sveti Stefan

@joythewanderer takes us to the Rustovo Monastery in Montenegro. In the Balkan peninsula, you'll be able to find several well-kept orthodox monasteries. Tucked away in the Pastrovici Woods whilst looking out over the Adriatic Coast, you get a beautiful serene setting. When @joythewanderer arrives at the monastery, she finds herself to be the only visitor there. In the old days the area surrounding the monastery was occupied by Serbian tribes, and at first the monastery was one of six temples of these tribes. Just wandering around the grounds occupied only by 14 nuns, all devoted their own tasks, makes for quite a wonderful experience.

#3 Western Australia Road Trip

@ivansnz takes us around the West Coast of Australia, and what a trip he's having. We get to see several of his highlights in a well-montaged video. After renting a camper van, we set out on an epic road trip. First up is the Pinnacles desert, a stunning natural wonder. Next up is the town Cervantes, holding one of the biggest lobster fishing companies. And onward we go to Jurien Bay, where you can chill out with crystal clear water, just beware of the jelly-fish! From here we go to the Sandy Cape, where you'll get the feeling a desert just runs right into the ocean. Kalbarri National Park is another place that will just leave you gazing around in disbelief due to the natural beauty. Or how would you feel about swimming with wild dolphins in Monkey Mia? Or the Quabba Waterholes, where the current shoots the water out through a hole in the rock! After seeing the video I am anxious to pack my bag and explore it all for myself!
