My Weekend in New York

I spent the weekend in New York in so I could attend a friend's wedding!

The wedding was at Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City, NJ. Since NJ State Governor Chris Christie couldn't pass a budget, countless beaches and parks were closed across the state. As such, we had a completely empty park to enjoy just steps away from the wedding venue!

We had some rainy weather too, but it gave us another unique and pretty view of the city!

If you ever get the opportunity to visit, I suggest you take the time to visit the park. You will have the opportunity to not only get a great view of the Manhattan skyline, but you will see a 9/11/01 memorial.
