Your entries need to be submitted by the midnight of Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only one picture to be submitted for a daily photo challenge. The rule number one is to use only personal images. Ten winning photos will receive an upvote from me from which I will pick one winner that will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts.

The winner of daily challenge then competes against winners from other continental challenges of the respective week to receive the price of 15 SBD. That will be decided by you based on the dollar value of upvotes of my winning post announcement. The winning weekly picture then automatically enters other rounds for the price of 150 SBD in total.

Please see the winner of Asian Sunday, Australian Monday, Tuesday of Antarctica and world's oceans and African Wednesday to give them your support if you like their image to be the one winning the weekly price and entering the other stages of the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge. You can vote for them by upvoting their winner announcement posts below:

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Asian Sunday week #14 - winner announcement!

@randypike Asian Sunday entry:

In this photo i going to show you the impressive Singapore Skyline from a different perspective. Beginning on the left side, you'll see the Marina Bay Sands Hotel with his Shopping center, followed by the Singapore Flyer and the ArtScience Museum. And finally on the right side by the water front, the Formula One Pit Building. This photo was taken from the Benjamin Sheares Bridge.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – Australian Monday week #14 – winner announcement!

@jh3n Australian Monday entry:

This year I spent nearly 10 months traveling around Australia exploring and discovering places I have never thought existed. This self-timed shot wasn't the easiest photo I've taken, the tripod was sitting on the tiny ledge of the walls with water flowing underneath.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – Tuesday of Antarctica and the world’s oceans week #14 – winner announcement!

@justdentist Tuesday of Antarctica and world's oceans entry:

Calm and dangerous - The world's oceans

Many people work "on the water" - Fishermen, workers on drilling islands, marines, crewmembers of cruiseships. The work can be wonderful but also pretty dangerous in some situations. The images shows the peaceful sunrise on the Ijesselmeer in the Netherlands.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – African Wednesday week #14 – winner announcement!

@mibreit-photo African Wednesday entry:

I took this photo five years ago on La Digue, one of the Seychelle islands a little north-east of Madagascar in the midst of the indian ocean. It's a wonderful little island with many beautiful little beaches. This here is Anse Source D'Argent, which is maybe one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

I can't wait to return there in two months :-)

Les Grands Montets is a mountain in the Mont Blanc range of the French Alps near Chamonix, France. This photo was taken at the 3260 meter station. Surprisingly, when the sun came out, the temperature wasn't nearly as cold as the photo might make you think. And the view from here really was incredible!

Really sick shot Matt! Chapeau!

Beautiful shot Matt, thank you for your participation. Tomas

Another stormy sunset at Baltic Sea, nearby Klaipeda, Lithuania. My usual location for a shooting, but this time was quite lucky to get some interesting piece of wood ashore, which visually was quite similar to some kind of a fish...
Stormy sky and long exposure did the trick.

Enjoy the scenery!

What an awesome sky!

Absolutely splendid! Thank you so much for that.

I was lucky enough to take this picture early in the morning on the beginning of my hike to the top of Piz Gloria in Switzerland. This trail is home of over 100 waterfalls, which I only counted 7, but was still magnificent in its own ways.

Thank you so much for your great entry. Kindly stay tuned for the winner announcement. Tomas

I'll drop in a photo from London here. It took me three visits to finally get some decent light. As quite usual for England, I got plenty of rain and grey skies on my first visits.

But on this particular evening I was lucky. Dark rain clouds rolled in just for sunset and were illuminated in intense red colors. I had setup my camera at Westminster Bridge, looking towards Big Ben, which was the perfect viewpoint that evening.

Beautiful image:) Thanks for sharing it with us.

That is some serious image! Thank you so much for your participation. Tomas

received_1810322965933300.jpeg Lake Bled and island in Slovenia. Bled was choosen several times to be one of the most charming places in the world. Many magazines, travel sites or tv stations considered Bled to be in top 10 or top 5 most charming places.

Really peaceful image:)

Great shot! I just love that place. Kindly stay tuned for the winner announcement coming soon. Tomas

Once i had the idea to go hiking in the Alps. Its easy to say, but Alps are big and it was a big challenge to find desired place. And now I say "thank you GoogleMaps" ! Yes - I was just scrolling 3D map by searching rocky, nice and free of ski lifts place.
And I succeed ! Now I can give strong recommendation to visit this place. In a midle of the map you can see the black dot. Its ia a Mödlinger Hütte. Very heart warming place. And by this link you'll find a perfect hiking advisor.

Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 2013. Photo taken on a cold January day. I believe this was on De Dam. There were many people but I was still able to isolate this horse and carriage for this picture.

Something little different. I like it, thank you so much for participating. Tomas

Thanks for the upvote!

In September 2016, I made a short vacation in the Salzkammergut in Austria and took some nice photographs at this time.
On this photo I'll show you the valley around the Lake Wolfgang in Austria. The lake Wolfgang is located in the Salzkammergut in the state of Salzburg, in Upper Austria. We took the Zwölferhorn Mountain Cable Car in St. Gilgen to enjoy this amazing view. The Salzkammergut is a paradise for hikers and photographers.

wow, splendid image! Kindly stay tuned for the winner announcement. Tomas

A view of sunset I have never experienced before. This is Oia village in Santorini, Greece situated on top of a cliff. Probably the most photographed place in Santorini. So many tourists gather here during Sunset to just get a view of this magical sunset across the white and blue domed houses. The most recognized building in Oia is the old windmill which often appears on postcards.

Wow, beautiful image! Please stay tuned for the winner announcement. Tomas

Lake Annecy.jpg

After welcoming the New Year in Paris with good friends, we flew to Geneva where we based ourselves for a week to explore the Alps and nearby towns. This was taken at Lake Annecy in France during the golden hour.

Beautiful Image! Great entry. Thank you so much for that. Tomas
