Please greet a long standing member of #thealliance, @phelimint. When our community first put out its feelers for new members, these guys came aboard. Seems like forever but it's really only been just over a couple of months. They grew together with #thealliance, going from posts getting 5 votes and worth nothing to what they make now on an average post. Staying consistent has really been the key for anyone here on Steemit, but none more than for @phelimint.

If you are not familiar with this dynamic duo, then let it be known that the account is run by two people, friends until the end. The name itself is a combination of three things. The two names of the pals behind the screen, and their passion, minting coins. Phil + Eli + Mint = @phelimint. Pretty creative guys! Hailing from Canada, their posting really started to take off when they started teaming up with people. Team Canada was formed, they joined the Steem Silver & Gold Crew, and The Alliance started to take shape around them. Obviously, they know what teamwork is, and the importance of it as they have their own silver coin minting business - http://www.phelimint.com One post in particular really dove into their psyche called "Today I learned (from my 3 year old son...)" because it said they are not afraid to learn, and they have learned Steemit well.

They recently ran a contest here on Steemit, the design of a coin. The winner was fellow ally @bearone with an amazing pictoral front and back that they have minted. The new Steem Silver Coin is now on sale taking pre-orders and will start being shipped in the next 6 weeks.

Steemlords was an awakening for the @phelimint tandem. The way they approached this story telling really showed off their creativity and gained them many followers in the process. We look forward to see if they will arise again as the Masters of the Universe begins soon.

Over the course of the past few months, we've watched them grow beautifully here on Steemit and can't be more proud of Eli and Phil. They have proven that with teamwork, consistency, and patience, you can see success here. It's just a matter of finding your niche. We're happy to have you guys as allies!
