THE STEEMSPIRIT IS ALIVE THROUGH PROMO-STEEM
Everyone close to me knows I talk about Steemit every time I have the opportunity. Steemit has given me a voice which I am proud of and that is why I and my friend, @ilukzymoore, started the Yes-Movement. This is a movement to make sure every existing Steemian talk to one person about Steemit daily, this is to enable the community grow and be better. More information about the movement here.
Despite hitches with registration, we have been able to bring in the following Steemians:
All these have been made possible via social media platform and two meetups I was involved. Three months ago, I organised a meetup at Oduduwa University, Department of Computer Engineering. Details here.
I also took part in a meetup at Ejigbo, Lagos state with @ilukzymoore. Details here too.
I was a part of the Ibadan Meetup and I brought @tori93 too so she can hear and learn from other speakers such as @tojukaka @ehiboss @gee1 @ejemai @ewuoso.
The Yes-Movement will soon have a page to welcome more newbies and tutor them on how to survive here. I believe when newbies survive, they can advance to be better for themselves and the community. I may not be a promo-ambassador yet, I believe before the year runs out I will be one. I am committed to many discord servers to welcome newbies and I have lectured in two.
I am a proud steemian and the #steemspirit will forever dwell in me. It is my duty to impart the spirit to others.
