Red epic and legendary cards analysis.

Welcome back to the last analysis of the red set, while approaches the end of these series of articles, we are closer to the gameplay's launching and we know more details about it, yesterday called my attention an article of @trisquelwhare where we could see the team selection page. Here you have a link to it, I recommend to read it with attention because can reveal some important details about the game.

Although I consider his information very valuable I don't think that the mana capacity will be superior of what we have seen at the moment, of course we will have more slots because as the game evolves we surely will have to use more cards and more mana. But I don't think that the Steem Monster's crew is going to change the standard team's capacity at least for this tournament. I want to be clear, this is only my opinion and I don't have any proofs of this, both @trisquelwhare and I are working with hypotesis yet.

Serpent of the flame:

With that six mana cost is a reliable card, quite fast 7 speed with the +1 of the summoner and +1 of the melee attack with a total of 6, it's a very aggresive card, it can be very effective against monsters with armor because of his piercing and poison ability. Retaliate is a great adding to this card, my doubt is where to place this monster, maybe it's too weak for the tank position and could act as second card. It's vulnerable to magic attacks so I wouldn't include this against blue.

Fire demon:

Quite cheap for his stats and his ability, a very nice card to have in the back, his attack affects to all the cards at the back of our rival's team so it's great against low health monsters, this should be fine against black. His low health makes him vulnerable to monsters with sneak so watch out with this. Anyways a card that we should be expecting to be played in most of the red teams.

Elemental phoenix:

It's a great card but too expensive to be played at 20 mana capacity, it has magic relflect and dodge which makes this card well balanced against any kind of attack. We will see how much is played but by now I don't think that we will see it very often, imo is the worst of the legendary cards that we have seen until now but I could be wrong, time will tell.
