Thoughts
This was a big week for most of us.
HardFork19 had a big effect on posts from the previous week, and this week we are going to learn what the long-term effects of this update will be.
It's possible that minnows might become to precious with their votes. If that happens then the imbalanced power structure that people have complained about on Steemit will remain unchanged.
In order for the point of this fork to be realized, minnows will have to vote, and often -- we have been given the opportunity to have a more powerful voice, and if we do not seize this power and put it to good use, the next fork will change it all.
So my advice to the minnows is this: GET VOTING!!

For me it is hard to tell since I had very few follower before the fork. I like that my vote is worth a bit now.
I ve noticed comments get less votes now and this is where I made the most gains before the fork.
I think the trend with comments getting less upvoted will continue, which I dont like but I am still a newb so what do I know ;-)
As I wrote this I just saw a comment of mine is atm my most succesful post moneywise....
Commenting is a great way to build a brand and an audience. I wouldn't stop doing it if I were you :D

Does upvoting reduces someone's money?
No. The only thing it reduces is your power allotment, and that refreshes regularly. Voting does not lose you any money.
