In my post I advised to use a wallet to collect steemcoin. Now I found a suitable technology for this purpose. This is pocket protocol from @biophil.

Pocket is running as a comment and no extra wallet is needed. Commands are simple and contains the required information in the reply from bots.

I would like to Steemcoin as a upvote token in conjunction with pocket protocol. Firstly I would like to define the price of Steemcoin it equals 0.01 SBD worth upvote per 10 Steemcoin. Currently fee is 1 pocket per transaction So I would like to decrease the price of steemcoin. So confirmer will receive 1 SBD every 1000 transaction. I am also thinking about other options to remove fees and moderators have to paid for transaction fees or the cost of the confirmer running.

Now we have four moderators including @clixmoney. We need 6 more moderators to come and join. My idea is users come and upvote moderator's posts. After that moderator give Steemcoins that equivalent to users upvote value. And then user send the Steemcoins to moderators to get upvote from them. Moderators may reject the posts if it is too short, copy/paste, spam, single photo and not describing source where they get. users already has this right . User may transfer Steemcoins to other users who upvote their posts as a incentive or graditude.

This is not upvote for upvote service. User may get some incentive for their upvote and can use it to get higher visibility, acknowledgement and appreciation. These two projects are for minnows. So I would like to combine them as a one.

I am also thinking about giving away Steemcoins. This works like whaleshare. For whale share you need to buy whaleshare or from giveaway contest. After that send your token to a whale and get upvote. For our steemcoins you don't need to spend money and you can get this by upvoting other streemian's posts that you like. You will get Steemcoin as a incentive and you can use it to get upvote for your post or just give these coins to others. No extra wallet is need to send Steemcoin this is the part the most I like.
