Steemcoin

The idea is

We gather upto 10 moderators and distribute 10% of the coins among moderators. Initial coin offering is 100 millions coins. So each moderator will get 10 millions coins.

Distribution

We will write in the comments how much steemcoin we will give to people for posting. The motivation to give is, when you give you earn 1% of steemcoin of the steemcoin that the autor have. But he will also earn from you, so the upvote in steemcoin will not add to your coins but reduce. The goal is to distribute all coins to people, because the first ten people that will get 10 million coin each will be the moderators of this coin.

(I do not understand very well this part. What I understand is As a moderator I give 1000 steemcoins to author I will get 10 steemcoins. So If I give more I will get more.)

My suggestions

We may basically need a wallet to store the coins.
The author also need to have a wallet if not we need to note down who has how many coins.
Other thing is coins in their should be related to voting weight (if we have support from others).
eg like whareshares
Total coins are 100 millions. So we need to decide how many coins is equivalent to 100% upvote.

How will we have steemcoins to author?
Should we make contest?
Should we make steemcoin tag and another tag to make to filter?
I prefer using tags because others are using contest to giveaway their coins.

As I said above minimum reward and maximum reward given to author should be decided before starting the plan.

I would like to be a moderator that why I write this post.
