@make-a-whale is a community project to create a whale that constantly supports its feeders. You support it and it supports you. More details can be found here.
To participate you need to post good original content, have a Reputation of 50+ and 500+ Steempower .
Currently, we have 19 confirmed members and 2 waiting to get their Reputation up.
Once we have a full list I will update you with all the details.

Since yesterday's post we gained 3 new members! MAW is really happy about the growth so far and is still able to give 100% votes. We saw a spike in post votes today. This was much appreciated as it gave us the opportunity to test the system a bit more. All operations are running smoothly! We can still support 100% upvotes but I think after tomorrow we might scale down a tad since we got some new members and upvoted almost all our previous members yesterday.
Tomorrow's post will be extremely important as I will show you how to make the most out of @make-a-whale.
We will go a bit more into detail of how our bot operates and the 24hour limit for upvotes, please check in for that post.

I am so glad to have joined this guild. Although I don't know the others yet except for @scrooger I feel like this is a nice little round with potential to grow. The payout is pretty nice already and I hope we will start more than just exchanging votes as soon as possible.
In fact, I would like to offer a free memory training session for all guild members when we have reached the 30. It can be something simple for starters, like memorizing all the usernames of the guild members for example. I cannot give much else but I am sure it is of value for you guys. We can use the time as well to socialize a little bit.

We will get the Discord Group up and running pretty soon, will have some more free time this weekend then I can set it all up.

Thanks again for the constant support and feedback. Testing this project is interesting and we run into a few snags every now and then. Users must please be patient and understand that it might take some time to get the system up and running in a smooth way. =)

Indeed, since we will focus on the long term and ensure our users always get more than they give. I must admit, I am surprised by the positive voting. Many users do not need to vote at 100% but they choose to support this project 100% This is noted by MAW and kept track of, 100% supporters will get extra votes when we decide to have a birthday bash when MAW turns one month old. =) Trust me you will like it =)
It is a good project. We help each other financially for free and keep enough voting power to support the community. Win-Win-Win!

Should I reserve a spot for you?
For reservations you still need to support the project via steemvoter.
You can also lease some SP from @minnowbooster it will cost you 4 Steem for 200 SP (one month lease) I am sure after 1 month you should be at 500 on your own. =) I liked your lego whale so I will reserve for now. Get back to me yeah? =)

Reviewed your account and all looks good. Just one little problem, see you are spending quite a lot of your Voting Power. You will have to up you Vote weight to around 70% to meet the minimum requirements, if you are going to keep your voting power as low as it is. =)

Hi mate. Should my steemvoter account be voting on every post you do? Because I just looked on your page and it hadn't voted on your last 2 posts (have just done it manually) Have I done something wrong?
Hey @birdistheword! I believe your Steemvoter is set up right, just Steemvoter acting up a bit. Not to worry. It might be that a lot of the users are voting at exactly 20 minutes so maybe if you wouldn't mind just go set your time to 25 or 30 minutes.

Hi @make-a-whale, I am glad to see the group growing so nicely.
I am trying to understand how it works. This is how I understand it:
We vote for every post you make. You in turn vote for our post once every 30 days. And that is it, or is there more to it? Or more I need to do?

I am also happy with the growth.
@make-a-whale will vote for it's members once every 24 hours and one extra rotational vote. So if you post everyday you should get a vote everyday. (in theory, depends on you posting time, that why you should really read the next post)
The bot we are running still need some testing and fine tuning. Please check in for the next post that will go live a bit later today, maybe 10 hours from now... I will update and tell you how to make the most out of MAW =)
