This is my third week where I give something back my most active followers - a heads up by sponsoring you with a lifetime share in @steembasicincome.
Steem Basic Income is a social experiment to bring a basic income to as many Steemians as possible, and I recommend reading the complete overview for a better understanding of this program.
I do this because you made me realize I enjoy the blog interactions with you more than actual posting. This is a big step for me, as just a couple months ago I never even imagined myself blogging, and here I am.
Now here's the deal.
- You have to post on your blog to earn upvotes from the program.
- Comments and resteems don't count at SBI, only blogposts.
- If you don't post anything on your blog, you will not earn from the Basic Income program.

Steemit is kind of the opposite of a referral program. You don't get paid to bring people in, you get paid by offering them great content, honesty and a place to belong.
This is a win-win for us both so I invest a little steem in your success. I do put a little trust in you not leaving me by, but still I have another SBI share myself too.
I have not enough vote power to upvote so many myself, so giving a SBI share give a vote for life :)

It is pretty low, like 0.001 sbd + sp. But it goes to all your upcoming posts. And you can boost it by upvoting @steembasicincome's posts. 28 votes in a month give 100% more, so you can add them to your steemauto.
Also if you sponsor someone else you get a share, and you can have many shares in the end.

I'm still very new to all this.
This I the first I've heard of set and forget voting.
I have heard of steem basic income, but I thought it's was down?
That's all I really heard about it. Don't understand much of all that yet.
SBI is not down :)
I get upvotes from SBI every post through sb2 now. Only sponsored 3 so far, but going to be several more to the weekend :)
I'm in the process of setting up 2 competitions for sponsorship. While I haven't used the SBI my thought was why just sign up someone without making it a little fun. Goal is to get some plankton and minnows set up and running.
Think the concept is great as smaller members need to see some income from their posts or they just don't stick around.
