as now I'm your employee and I'm working for you, you sp you have delegated to me, I'm using it to upvote people who are new to steemjet and I always go to the new tab of steemjet and upvote the new people and new work of coming steem jetians.
My question is I'm I going to get any monthly pay or it is just a delegation?
Please don't mind it, I'm asking it to clear thing that is tickling in my mind.
as I am full-time steemian, and I need to support my family too, there are some household expenses that are to be paid by me :)

I have noticed that some steemjet members are requesting for STEEM for their personal needs, even some of the steemjet space force, which suppose not to be so. The STEEM power delegated to space force member are to be used to upvote new members and to upvote steemjet tag with #steemjet as been said by dimimp (lunch code) , but the reverse is the case, most of the steemjet space force member are only using this sp to upvote them self, I guess they think that is the only thing @dimimp have for the space force, and we have so many new members of the steemjet that are in need of upvote, that is what make new members to be asking @dimimp for liquid STEEM even when they have not done anything for the community, as it was said earlier by @empato365 that many people are asking him of liquid steem.
Here is my suggestion / wayforward
If possible the space member get payout every month for their job done (maybe 100steem each to all the steemjet Space force team)
I think this will reduce begging of upvote from both new member and space force team from @dimimp blog, which will reduce the number of comment on the blog and the steemjet space force team will be able to focus on the new members coming in to achieve the community aims and objectives.
This is just my view sir as Human Resources and customer care department (welfare)
Please I will like the boss should look into this. This is just a suggestion sir as I mean no arm for the community.

What is good for the goose is also good for the gandar. If the master @dimimp feels that there is a need to his request he will do what he has to do. Now is not a time of eye biting. More steemians are getting to know about this great project and thanks to @abdulmanan and his teams effort. I think his request should be consisdered and given a fair hearing. Him don empower una u no want make him empower others how this project go move to perm site.

Do you really go to new tab to upvote new people or you just go around posting "Do not post images?" Funny enough boss never said this. He always appreciates awesome artwork. I wonder how you came up with it

The thing is that mobile users can't access these comments if everyone posts images. At the moment our standard is to not allow any images and we have reduced the amount of spam a lot. However I do still agree with you, it's sometimes inconvenient to post everything into a post. We might gradually start allowing, for example, one new design per one post. I need to hear @dimimps and my team's opinion first though.
We basically have two options; 1. Wait a long time to see laggy comments or 2. Open every design in every tab inconveniently. Allowing one design MIGHT be a solution to this or it might not be.
Update: Talked with my team about it. We will start allowing one new design per one person per one post. Hope this helps you.
it a normal thing to post on dimimp blog, because he love seeing new graPhIC desiGn, it Will be good to allow graphic, although not heavy ones or in necessary ones, so as not to slow down the page.

Let's be frank bro @abdulmanan...i Think the 600sp is your payment because you are not only expected to upvote new steem jetians but also your posts and comments. Doing the former alone will leave you with nothing in your pocket which shouldn't be, Alot of other space force members are using their sp to upvote themselves too and I wouldn't want to call names because I see it using steemnow.com. So I suggest you do same unless the boss @dimimp is totally against it, then I will also suggest he makes another way to reward your efforts.

This is actually a very valid and interesting question.
As someone who volunteered to make the "weekly/monthly delegatee stats report" to monitor all Space Force members voting behaviour, one thing I have noticed is that most Space Force members opted to self-vote in order to grow their account and make some profit in return. The curation rewards from upvoting posts/comments isn't just enough and with that I understand most sentiment.
If I may suggest a solution to this predicament boss @dimimp. I propose to make a communal steemjet account which has a decent SP enough to give rewards (through upvotes) that will upvote all Space Force members posts. The upvote could be limited to 1post/day to avoid spam posting. This will also encourage all Space Force members to at least make a post on a daily basis and thus achieve retention which we are all hoping for.
I am not sure as to what most of the Space Force members think of as a reasonable upvote worth, but something along the line of $3-$5 wouldn't be a bad thing. The communal account also would be getting a lot of "curation rewards" in the process. So I think it is a win-win for everybody.
I love this idea. It will reduce the monthly pay and encourage the workers to do more. In most places one dollar is a lot of money. It has been proven that majority of the masses in most countries live below $1 a day. If the account upvotes a post with $5 once a day i think there will be balance with income and expenditures. An example is minnows surpport done by @yoo1900. Nice one
Thanks. I would also like to emphasize that a $5 upvote normally gets around 0.5SP curation reward, which could further be used to fund another project or hire another Space Force member. It is literally a win-win :)
I believe we are making sense and taking into account future occurrence of more space force members requiring for more money. He should understand that most of the liquid steem given out would have been used to mine more and benefit many. Human want is insatiable and some economic policy should be put in place for check and balances.

no man, I haven't said I'm not getting anything in return, our boss @dimimp has delegated me 600 Steempower and that's huge, but my First priority is to upvote new coming steemain and in doing so I won't be getting any personal benefit from this steempower, That's is why i raised this question.
