Las temperaturas mas bajas del invierno están teniendo lugar estos días. Hace mucho frio. Gran parte de la península ibérica se despierta con una espesa niebla que puede no levantarse en todo el día.

Hay muchas zonas que permanecen casi todo el día con temperaturas bajo cero. Zonas como León, Sigüenza o Zaragoza están sufriendo mucho frío.

En el valle del Tiétar, como en muchas otras partes del interior peninsular, cuando baja la niebla y hace frío por la noche, al amanecer podemos encontrar todo el campo cubierto de escarcha.

Me encanta salir a pasear temprano. Entonces todo está helado como si una fina capa de nieve lo cubriera.

Al amanecer, los rayos solares son muy horizontales y las sombras alargadas se extienden sobre el suelo.

Salgo temprano y observo que, durante la noche, la superficie del suelo se ha cubierto por finos cristalitos de hielo. En las primeras horas tras el amanecer todavía todo está helado.

En las zonas de sombra me detengo a ver la escarcha y hacerles fotografías. Las pardas y caducas hojas de roble, que cayeron en el otoño, se cubren de un fino vello helado como terciopelo. También, hay unas pequeñas hojitas donde el hielo se ha cristalizado formando unos diminutos pelitos blancos.

Mientras voy caminando, cuando el sol se levanta, observo como una parte de los prados recibe los rayos solares y la superficie se calienta. Entonces, los cristales helados se deshacen en finas gotitas.

Mientras tanto, las partes que permanecen en la sombra todavía siguen congeladas. El sol no ha llegado a ellas y todavía no han sido calentadas.

Unas partes en sol y otras en sombra hace que la superficie esté parcheada. Hay zonas congeladas, blancas, como nevadas, y otras iluminadas con un intenso color y el brillo de la multitud de gotitas.

Así, caminando y observando los cambios que suceden en el paisaje llevé a cabo mi paseo matutino. Ahora sólo me espera un buen café reconfortante para entrar en calor. iNos vemos!

The frost.

The lower winter temperatures are taking place these days. It is very cold. Much of the Iberian Peninsula wakes up in thick fog. In some places, even the fog does not rise all day.

There are many areas that remain almost all day with freezing temperatures. Areas such as León, Sigüenza or Zaragoza are suffering very cold.

In the valley of the Tiétar, as in many other parts of the peninsular interior, when the fog falls and it is cold at night, at dawn we can find the whole field full of frost.

I love going for a walk early. Then everything is frozen as if a thin layer of snow covered it. Some puddles even have a layer of ice.

At dawn, the sun's rays are very horizontal and the long shadows extend over the ground.

I leave early and observe that, during the night, the surface of the ground has been covered by thin crystals of ice. In the first hours after dawn everything is still frozen.

In the shady areas I stop to see the frost and take pictures. The brown and deciduous oak leaves, which fell with the fall, are covered with a fine frozen hair like velvet. Also, there are some small leaves where the ice has crystallized forming tiny white hairs.

As I walk, when the sun rises, I observe how a part of the meadows receives the sun's rays and the surface heats up. Then, the frozen crystals melt into thin droplets.

Meanwhile, the parts that remain in the shadow are still frozen. The sun has not reached them and they have not yet been heated.

Some parts in sun and others in shadow makes the surface patched. There are frozen areas, white, like snowfall, and others illuminated with an intense color and brightness of the multitude of droplets.

There are frozen areas, in the shaded parts, and other color covers with a soft blanket of droplets like small bright ones.

So, walking and observing the changes that happen in the landscape, as the temperature rises, I carried out my morning walk. Now only a good comforting coffee awaits me to get warm. See you!

Proyecto “Momentos”

El proyecto “Momentos” es una idea propia para desarrollar en Steemit. Pretendo describir, con unas cuantas fotos y unas pocas frases, lo que sucede en un determinado momento puntual.

Del mismo modo que la fotografía congela el instante, mi reto es describir un fragmento de tiempo con una serie limitada de fotografías y unas pocas frases.

Habitualmente, los momentos se acompañan de sentimientos o emociones, e intentaré plasmarlos también en este reto.

Como si fuera un haiku japonés, me he propuesto describir, de una manera sencilla, el asombro y la emoción que me produce la contemplación de la naturaleza.

Esa es la idea y espero que os guste.

"Moments" Project

The project "Moments" is an idea that I had to develop in Steemit. I intend to describe, with a few photos and a few sentences, what happens at a specific moment.

In the same way that photography freezes the moment, my challenge is to describe a fragment of time with a limited series of photographs and a few sentences.

Habitually, the moments are accompanied by feelings or emotions, and I will try to capture them in this challenge as well.

As if it were a Japanese haiku, I have proposed to describe, in a simple way, the amazement and emotion that the contemplation of nature gives me.

That's the idea and I hope you like it.

Cómo lo hago

Hice las fotografías con mi iPhone X. Disparé la foto en modo “retrato” con Luz de escenario “mono”. Para la edición utilicé la aplicación Snapseed y para la firma digital usé la App Watermark.

Los dibujos los hice en el iPad con el programa Sketches.

For the photography I use my iPhone X. I shot the photo in "portrait" mode with "mono" stage light. For edition I use the Snapseed application and for the digital signature the Watermark app.

Everything I did on my mobile phone, I did not use the computer at all.

For the drawings, I use the Sketches program and paint them on the tablet.
