A video where I (Joey Fancy) talk about a flash cart for any Sega Genesis, Sega Mega Drive, and/or Sega 32X than can be used to play video games for those systems, plus acting like a Power Base Converter can also be used to play Sega Master System games.
In this video I take a quick look at how this flash cart plays Sonic the Hedgehog and Grind Stormer.
It plays most games perfectly but it's not a perfect flash cart, in the video you can see or hear that some sounds in Sonic the Hedgehog don't load, it's not emulation, the sounds play correctly, but some sounds like Sonic jumping don't load at all...
I know from personal experience this happens in a few other games.
The device even has a pause button built on to it, so it can fully function like a Power Base Converter, allowing Sega Master System and Sega Mark III games to be played on a Sega Genesis or Sega Mega Drive.
In the category of playing old Sega cartridge games, the only thing that can't be done is Sega SG-1000 games, and that is due to the limits of the Sega Genesis and Mega Drive. Due to that limit I later got a flash cart for the Sega Master System, the Sega Master System is old enough it can still play SG-1000 games.
Look for a video about that in the future, because it deals with even older games, let's think of that future video as a prequel... or not, doesn't matter.
I plan to one day take an eve more in depth look at this Flash Cart, just as I also eventually plan to do a video on my Sega Master System flash cart that can play Sega SG-1000 games. At this time, I have not yet edited any of those other videos.

This is probably not the most interesting note for most people, but I'm someone who likes being able to look back at my older posts, and when following others often looks back at their older work too, I noticed my 4 earliest DTube posts and their related Steemit articles no longer show up when scrolling back into my history on DTube and Steemit, but the articles still exist, they just don't show up on DTube profile and Steemit blog history.
This could just be a glitch, but because I do archive everything, here are some links to those older Steemit articles and those articles do include links to the related DTube videos. The DTube videos no longer play, but the DTube posts do have information related to the videos, including links to other places the videos can be played.
