Soda Review
Fritz-Kola is a cola-style soft-drink made in Hamburg, Germany known for it's relatively high caffeine content and lemon flavor. The bottle says "Koffeinhaltige Limonade" which translates to "Caffeinated Lemonade", but do not be fooled by those words, this drink is much more similar to a Cola than a Lemonade. Fritz-Kola was created by two childhood friends in 2002 and I assume that is who we see on the logo. I ordered a bottle of Fritz-Kola from The Soda Emporium and decided to give it a try.
The Bottle
The Fritz-Kola arrived in a funky 11.2 fluid ounce glass bottle. The label was black and white and everything was written in German. The two dudes (I'm assuming they are the founders) can be seen in many places, from the cap to the neck to the label. The bottle I received had a scuffed up label, but these sodas were exported from Germany and shipped multiple times so that can be expected. Besides, it's all about the contents inside!
The Soda
Most of the sodas that I reviewed have been around for many decades and have lasted throughout the years bringing along a sense of tradition. The Fritz-Kola on the other hand is a new-age craft soda that was created in 2002 and it can hang around with the veterans. The distinct lemon flavor adds a taste that makes Fritz-Kola unique from the regular colas. The bottle contains roughly 25 mg of caffeine per 100 mL of soda, making this a great alternative to coffee or energy drinks. It was bubbly and not the least bit syrupy. Overall I was impressed with the Fritz-Kola and would like to try some other flavors in the future.

i love the Fritz-kola, i think its quite refreshing compred to normal cola, And AS you day its highly caffeinated! If you can Get your hands on one, then you really should try: Tøyen-cola from Oslo,Norway :)

hello good day friend @jeffjagoe, how are you ?. I already missed your beers, wow lemonade with caffeine, that's your only one. I had time that I did not know about a soda with lemon, because here in Venezuela Pepsi Cola lemon was fashionable and good at the time people bought a lot and I had the opportunity to take it a couple of times and then the taste was between strange by the habit of not always taking it, and very tasty and unique at the same time, but after a while that soda disappeared from here and I did not see it anymore. Now to see this that you bring us today makes me remember that moment a lot, this really looks very good and the story of who created it is amazing, two German friends from childhood. Great friend
