Foxon Park Beverages, Inc. is a family owned business located in East Haven, Connecticut for over 90 years. New Haven, Connecticut is well known as the pizza capital of the world. A Foxon Park soda and a slice of New Haven Pizza goes together just like peanut butter and jelly. At almost every traditional New Haven-style pizza joint you can guarantee there will be a fridge stocked full of Foxon Park sodas. White Birch Beer is one of Foxon Park's most popular, and unique soda styles. It's a clear color but don't let that fool you. The White Birch Beer is bursting with flavor.
The Bottle
The soda comes in a classic 12 fluid ounce glass bottle. The label features a few swaying white birch trees. Birch Beer is usually made with herbal extracts from the bark of birch trees. The Foxon Park slogan "All-Ways in Good Taste" is written on the side of the label. The glass and the liquid inside is very clear. When picking this up it could be mistaken for carbonated water.
The Soda
If you ever want to try a truly unique and flavorful soda, I highly recommend a White Birch Beer from Foxon Park. The flavor is hard to describe but once you become accustom to it's strange taste it's hard not to love. It is a bit minty yet sweet, sort of like licorice. The carbonation factor of the Foxon Park White Birch Beer is incredible. This soda is extra bubbly leaving a tingly feeling in your mouth with every sip. It's a breath of fresh air compared to most of the mainsteam sodas you find on the market.

Truly a tradition that we still continue to do! U can't properly have Pizza in CT especially in North, West, East & New Haven without having Foxon Park with it! Orange & Root Beer 4 me!

In my country the sodas are mostly salty, I think it is the traditional flavor and that makes me not like sodas alone, I hope to try this
