Garlic Soy Hummus Recipe (Easy)
Hummus is a yummy, high-protein dip for raw veggies or pita bread. This version has a little twist with the garlic and soy sauce.
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans, drained (or one 15oz can, drained)
1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed sauce/paste)
4 cloves garlic
3 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp Asian fresh chili sauce
1/8 tsp cumin
1/2 cup water (more if needed)
2 tbsp lemon juice
Add garbanzo beans to blender or food processor.
Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth, adding more water if mixture is too thick.
Voila! Store covered in refrigerator up to one week.

does the soya make it spicey?
No. If you want it spicy, add more Asian fresh chili sauce. If you want no spice, leave out the Asian fresh chili sauce.
ah thanks - will give this a go :)
