Full of colors spaghetti with nuts and parsley pesto. ๐๐

Ingredients
For spaghetti
- 100 g of spaghetti (gluten-free)
- a half of big broccoli
- water
- oil
- one and half tsp of salt
For pesto
- 75 g of cashew
- 25 g of pinenuts
- one garlic clove
- olive oil
- lime juice from half lime
- parsley
- two leaves of fresh mint
- a half tsp of salt
- fresh pepper
Preparing
- First of all toast on dry pan cashew and pinenuts. Thank to that we'll recover beautiful flavour and whole dish will be aromatic.
- To boiling water add oil, salt, spaghetti and boil it untill spaghetti will be al dente
- In the meantime, to vessel add nuts, parsley, mint, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Blend everything together.
- To boiling spaghetti add sliced in smaller pieces broccoli and boil this about 3 minutes. Then strain the noodles
- Put spaghetti with broccoli into bowl, add pesto and mix together.
Aaand whole dish is ready. You can serve it with tomatoes, nuts, parsley and mint on the top as decoration. That meal is perfect for your romantic evening, so you can suprise your love.
