Hindi Millet with vegetables. [RECIPE] [VEGAN] [HEALTHY]

💙💙 Good day to you dear friends 💙💙



I want to present to you my way of preparing Hindi millet, it's quick and tastes great. So if you invited your loved one for a dinner and he/she likes millet, this might be great choice for a meal.








Ingredients

  • 1.5 glass of millet
  • One carrot
  • One little zucchini
  • One parsley root
  • Half of red onion
  • One white pepper
  • One garlic clove

Spices and optional addons:

Salt pepper, cumin, sweet paprika, fresh pepper, linseed oil, curcuma, curry

Optional for top leaves of parsley, fresh bazil and cashew




Preparation

  • Wash out millet and put into boiling water for 5 minutes under cover. Meanwhile chop vegetables, so you can add them after 5 minutes pass.
  • First add parsley root and carrot, wait till they soften and add onion and pepper.
  • When they soften add zucchini with all the spices and stir often.
  • At the end add garlic and linseed oil
