Hindi Millet with vegetables. [RECIPE] [VEGAN] [HEALTHY]

Ingredients
- 1.5 glass of millet
- One carrot
- One little zucchini
- One parsley root
- Half of red onion
- One white pepper
- One garlic clove
Spices and optional addons:
Salt pepper, cumin, sweet paprika, fresh pepper, linseed oil, curcuma, curry
Optional for top leaves of parsley, fresh bazil and cashew
Preparation
- Wash out millet and put into boiling water for 5 minutes under cover. Meanwhile chop vegetables, so you can add them after 5 minutes pass.
- First add parsley root and carrot, wait till they soften and add onion and pepper.
- When they soften add zucchini with all the spices and stir often.
- At the end add garlic and linseed oil
