Welcome to Qurator's Curation Competition!

Qurator has passed 200 members and we are so proud of all our Qurites and their hard work! We thought it's time for another competition!

We will let all our Qurites take part in finding a needle in a haystack here on Steemit. The smaller the needle the bigger the prize!

Competition details

The competition is simple, if you are a Qurator member you can participate. The goal here is to find the most undervalued members on Steemit. So many users put hours into making awesome posts but in the end we never get to see them since they do not get resteemed or they don't have many followers. Qurator thinks we can help with this and show some support to new steemians with great content.

Qurites can hunt down those who need the support the most and curate their posts. You will basically find their post and write a short or long summary about their content.

Rules

Qurites must find a great post and leave the link and summary of why they think it is a great post in the comment section of this post. Each discovered post is one entry.

Maximum of 3 entries per Qurite.

A link and short/long description are required, the post's picture will be a bonus and increase your chances of winning.

The winners will be chosen when this post reaches payout.

The lower the rating of the Steemian being curated the better the chance of winning.

The higher the quality of the post the better the chance of winning.

Please keep in mind while curating: Check for image sourcing and any signs of copyright material/content.

Prizes!

1st Place

15 SBD and a Tier 5 membership for 30 days.

The chance to be a guest writer for the Daily Qurator. (Optional)

2nd Place

10 SBD and a Tier 3 membership for 30 days.

3rd Place

5 SBD and a Tier 1 membership for 30 days.

If you are already a tiered member the tiers will be added to your current tier.

EXAMPLE: If you are currently a T2 member and your win 3rd place you will get bumped up to T3.

What do the curated members win?

The Steemians curated by the winners will get a lifetime membership to Qurator free of charge! That will be 3 free seats to join Qurator! We will welcome them into the community if they accept.

Qurites cannot curate or recommend other Qurator members. This can be avoided by following this LINK to see if the Steemians being curated are already part of the Qurator family or not. You can also check by looking at who @qurator is following, if @qurator is following a user then they are a member.

May the best curators win and good luck to all!

I am entering in my friend Manny. He has followed me from the days of TSU. He mainly posts fractals he created but sometimes he does put in some good photos of life. Him and I had inquired about him joining here but I guess no one ever got around to approving his account. He does a lot of 100% Power Ups as well. This is one of his recent posts

His user name is @manuel78

THIS PHOTO IS OF HIS FROM THIS POST

Oh, I agree that @manuel78 is a valuable steemian and deserves to be a qurator member!

He really does..

I'd like to suggest a new member (joined this month), @exercisinghealth. I discovered him a couple of days ago.

As he claims, the blog is mainly on posts about spine health. So far he hasn't published a lot, but I believe this author will give us interesting and useful posts in the future if we show him some support. Please, consider visiting his blog.
His most recent post is this:
Should certain drugs be used in some sport?

And this is a lovely short story aiming at explaining in simple words how we should address our mobility issues
Would you oil the handle or the hinge?

Anyway, the author is new and promising in my opinion. I hope you give him a chance by reading some of his posts.

Thank you @qurator for this initiative :)

Thank you for discovering him @ruthgirl, very interesting and useful info in his blog :)

What a fantastic innitiative!

My first recommendation is @gardenbsquared! Like many of the rest of us (me, for one) GBS is still finding his center when it comes to blogging; I first caught on that he had incredible 'depth of field' when he posted about creating your own still. Wow what a project.

Now he is starting to show off more of his passion project - The BIRDS! - which is the article that I am recommending today. Heres a pic that I cannot resist -
GardenBSquared nobel prize for best photo ever

If you never knew that Suriname was a country, if you have longed for the beauty and mystery of South America, if you happen to like people that go out into interesting and exotic areas and take incredible photos - check out my friend @gardenbsquared!

Oh, and he does Steemit community service with his free gif friday project - he does a ton of work and then gives it away for free - EVERY FRIDAY!

I am entering danno338 because he puts out quality posts that are extremely interesting. This isnt the everyday crypto posts or photography, he actually puts thought and heart into his original articles. I feel he would be a great addition to this team! https://steemit.com/philosophy/@danno528/what-to-do-while-the-world-burns

A very informative but undervalued post on Companion gardening by @gardeningabc. Maybe I am biased as I love gardening, but believe this deserves more exposure :)

I would like to propose @pusteblume post https://steemit.com/wuerzburg/@pusteblume/wuerzburgs-most-attractive-sight-for-visitors-and-residents as a very interesting and detailed journey through Wuerzburg's mainbridge, a very delightful moment of leisure she shares with us, with a lot of photographies that make us feel like we are with all the people on the bridge, drinking a glass of wine and enjoying sweetness of the life ^_^
A lot of work in this undervalued post ;-)

If you are a dog lover like me, you will enjoy this post by @tingargiola. She gives some compelling and cute reasons to be a dog companion from her own experience with Mika.

I would share more, but I think you should hear it from her and see all the adorable pictures ( yes, I'm a grown man and I still think her pictures are adorable) she has included. Click the link

you will be glad you did!

I just met @yomibolo and would like to nominate her. She has been active doing the #freewrite challenge and is a delightful writer and just joined Steemit 6 days ago, so she could use a Qurator boost! https://steemit.com/writing/@yomibolo/the-genesis-of-lara image

This actually a poem that I wrote a day inspired by the Lord Jesus. I was wondering if he was the one who is talking care now of my dad who passed last September.

Where can I find more information about what Qurator is? this is my first time seeing the term. I admire you for launching this initiative to seek and find the Steemians who are creating great content that slips through the cracks. In fact, I was an early adopter of Steemit who took a 1-year hiatus after feeling like the seeds I passionately planted into my early posts weren't fruitful. So I can relate with the issue of feeling invisible here, and I also love the possibilities that exist for discovering new talent and bringing it to the surface.

Go join, Cabe! I love Qurator and the boost they give one of my posts every day! You can't go wrong.

Cool thanks for letting me know! I'll check that out.

First, welcome back to Steemit! Here is the info post for Qurator. It should give you the basics about what it is and how it works.

Great! Thank you for making it so simple for me. I really appreciate your quick response. And yeah, Qurator feels like a great fit for me. I'm in, my friend.
