Change and Culture - Decentralize All

"Changing is living"- charlie777pt

Introduction

This post is a brainstorm ambulation in my mind on the subject of Change, without the constraints of scientific paradigms and structured speech, to talk about the little studied phenomenon of decentralization.
In the next posts of this series about Change, we will make a more organized thought with the contingencies of rational thinking.
"Change has no Clients." - Nicolau Maquiavel

1- Culture and change

To change behavior and attitudes of people they must get involved in the construction of the utopia (utopias precede change) because centralized sanctioning of people creates ostracization, isolation, and no change at all, because change comes from inside when you act, and not by outside pressure, fear or criticism.
The Power of culture has a wide influence that is exerted in the codes, values, policies, and standards within the societies, institutions, social groups, and individuals.
"Culture follows power" - Fareed Zakaria
Culture has the new component of the Digital Man that is being submerged by the media propaganda machine, using the actual addiction of hyperattention to screen devices.
The key to Change is the Participation of all the people affected by it, in changing the world around them.
Society changes by the way it communicates words and ideas (World Re-Evolutions by the change or mutations of the Word) with citizens in digital networks like Hives inhabited by the humanity.

We must scream for independence to get outside of the States centralization, territorial rules and jurisdiction.
Subordination is culturally conditioned, it's not nature or a genetic problem, and it's connected to personal experiences of the power and powerlessness situations we lived in the story of our life.
Learning, understanding, and being aware of Power, and the strategies to use our personal one is fundamental for the fight for survival, and it can help to solve social inequalities of the poor and the excluded, and make the world a fairer place.

There are two kinds of change, good or bad, but it is too complex to conceptualize how it affects the ways groups interact and cooperate, and how deep they profoundly augment or extend their essential social skills, or fail to fulfill the desired outcomes.
And it's important how the group solve failures, by learning and increase collective intelligence or reacting by denial affecting collaboration, affections and adaptation.
Learning is never making the same mistakes again.

"I speak of a change that would lead people to think that this is not enough to live as a human being. It can not be. If we become people who are only interested in their own interests, let us turn ourselves into beasts against beasts. And this is what is happening."- José Saramago
Human development based in the philosophy of decentralization, is a foundation for the mutation to a more equalitarian society, with the networked information economy, to bring back the values of human welfare, creativity, development, and informed choices of our destinies.
We have a unique opportunity to change the way we use, create and exchange information, knowledge, and collective intelligence, building a new culture of global connection, p2p production, and cooperation.

Governments control the principles and values that shape the rules of the game, deciding policy choices, and political processes using their power to control information, excluding the ones that don't have a voice, and limited capacity to change perceived reality.
In Cyberspace the growing autonomic individuals and communities are taking more self-empowerment and participation in the personal level on the economic and political system determination, coming more from within and not from the outside centralized regulations.

Civil resistance is the real motor of social change.
Do People like to be ruled by Power?
Or are they aware of their tiny influence and feel they have nothing to say?
Or are they conditioned to bend and are afraid to challenge power?

2 - Is the blockchain a change in the paradigm of Change?

Cyber-citizens have to use the blockchain as a refuge to obviate the decay and obsolescence of the powers of the centralized state.
The elements of the paradigm of complexity are order and disorder, and the best way to deal with change as seen in biology and in social terms seems to be self-organization in shared decentralized systems.
The blockchain new technological paradigm and the concept of decentralization challenges and will change the way we see, work and live in the global economy, politics, education, media, wealth distribution, and the sustainability of the scarce and finite resources of the planet.

The "Blocknet" (Internet of Blockchains) transcends the physical territories of countries and state models of centralization-based rules, but Power wants to legislate and tax, what was created to be unregulated, decentralized and with transactional-free value, with the communities driving the code as Law, with platform's collective ownership based in technological and social consensus.
The "Blocknet" is the Global City of decentralization, based in free-value-transfer platforms with public property, as a federation of a myriad of local autonomous self-sustained "Ashrams" (the name given by Gandhi to "Community" that in India means also "Village" and "World").

"A federated decentralized system of free associations, incorporating economic as well as social institutions, what I call anarcho-syndicalism, and it seems to me it's the appropriate form of social organization, for an advanced technologic society, in which human beings do not have to be forced into a position of tools, of cogs in the machine." - Noam Chomsky
Individuals and communities in the decentralized cyberspace infrastructure, are taking more self-authority in economic and political system determination by increased participation to favor change and creativity.

The blockchain network can be the ubiquitous and perpetual hive of communication of collective memory, global social intelligence, and open knowledge use and production, for the positive "Ascent of Humanity".(Charles Eisenstein)
Change in the actual paradigm of centralized controlled systems is possible, by the concept of a decentralized society in relation to Authority (decentralization), Knowledge (sharing), and Organization (cooperation and attention)

3 - Agents of Change for the decentralized society

The Leaders of mechanistic centralized culture who want to survive in the new Age of Decentralized Globalization, need to start thinking as Agents of Change and break with outdated conceptions of centralized organizational culture.

We don't need a false Globalization with power and wealth centralized and concentrated in the multinational corporations, manipulating and corrupting rulers and internal state's Laws.

The role of the new Agents of Change for decentralization will be to assist decentralized communities, to explore their common goals, to help to overcome obstacles, to create new values, attitudes and behaviors through the processes of identification, participation, and internalization of all community members.
Many current-day activists, enthusiasts, activists, and evangelists of the blockchain are great examples of horizontal individualists who are great Agents of Change for a decentralized society.
Social change has many origins, but focuses on the individual traits inserted in social groups as a generating phenomena of disruptive or constructive ends, that is, chaos or equilibrium.

Social relations are undergoing new mutations of social fragmentation, social and economic exclusion, the practices of violence of massification and conformism in the centralized world, while in the blockchain there are new processes of community integration resulting from decentralization and deterritorialization in cyberspace.
Social Consensus is imcompatible with centralized structures and the actual social problems can't be solved with centralized despotic authority, regulations and power clustering.

Consensus (consent) is only possible when, all the members are involved in building solutions for the community, are informed with proper continuous feedback, and everybody knows the risks of taking the collective forms of action and decision.
A Consensus is a general agreement on a proposition to act and change the destiny of all the members of a community.
The manipulation the discussion of collective solutions, by self-interested people or groups that fight for the use Power, can't be called consensus, but an imposition of a hierarchical structure.

The next post of the series about change will be more centered in the interdisciplinary aspects and the common mechanisms of sciences going from biology to psychology and sociology to study this phenomenon.

Yes. Life should never be a "fight for survival", as you put it. Survival means being dependent on external whim. We all have the right to breath and to get all we need to make ourselves a wonderful life. Laziness is a product of centralization. In decentralized structures, there is no laziness, because nobody will be left out, with each one doing what they CAN and WANT. Some people deem UBIs as anti-freedom, yet what I believe is that in order to bring forth the new, the old needs to collapse first, which entails temporary chaos. Many ascribe this chaos to the new, when in reality the root of chaos lies in the old. So when the new leads to a collapse of the old, the temporary chaos is not due to the failure of the new, but failure of the old.

Power is threatening the survival of humans and our cradle Mother Earth, that's why some people must think about fighting against the system with non-violence and refusal to cooperate with their destructive plans.
The blockchain can make difference as a working scientif alternative that slowly will replace the centralized paradigm of thinking.

Resteem This Post sir

The real world is simply too terrible to admit. it tells man that he is a small trembling animal who will someday decay and die.Culture changes all of this, makes man seem important, vital to the universe...
