My Tiny Garden - Crocus
It's this time of the year again when the spring flowers are starting to bloom. Even though I have something blooming on my balcony all year round, those pop only now and only for a short time.

Last year I got a mixed bulbs to plant: Anemones, tulips, hyacinths and those tiny crocuses. All in the dark blue and purple colours. I think I managed to kill the Tulips, anemones are doing fantastic, but hyacinths and crocuses are a lot smaller than last year. I think being in a pot during the hot summer is not good for them.
Oh well. I will enjoy them as long as they want to grow.

Gotta love those dark, shiny petals and bright orange center.

Very beautiful photos! You are a professional! The color of the Crocus is very beautiful! I did not see them in nature, but I saw it in my friend's yard. They are very beautiful!
They are... but they don't bloom for long unfortunately.
It's a pity ...
Very beautiful flowers. Great photos!
Thank you :)
I see my narcissus coming up in the cold temps already.
Yay! Those are lovely too. I keep wanting to get some, but I think bulbs are not happy on my balcony.
I love crocus flowers and she is a real beauty! I never get to see them in nature :( Last week I saw one at the cemetery. I'm taking this with me!
I like them too! And I love those dark ones, but now I see (or don't see) that they are hardly visible. If I got some white or yellow they would pop more.
so beautiful hyacinth flowers, the purple flowers in our place are symbolized by the widow's flowers
It's a Crocus :D
The shape of the Crocus is so beautiful and this purple is incredible! Thank you for sharing!
They are so lovely! Mum has them in a garden in different colours too and they look so happy there :)
