As one of the 6 judges, and as an original artist also, I aim to represent the best original artists in this contest from our wonderful Steemit community. I am keeping my ears open for cover artists as well, don't worry but creating an original song is indeed impressive, especially if executed and performed well. This week was filled with so many wonderful artists, even amongst the high amount of entries, and there were still many talented performers who entered, so forgive me if I didn't list you, I definitely heard everyone's entries. Often, much too often, are the best fights, unseen. But you have revealed a musically beautiful light that showcases your tenacity and endurance through what life has thrown your way. You are the best swimmer there is, with smooth flowing vocal melodies, so drowning is impossible. Especially with the support that is all around you, we may get dreary and weary of fighting for ourselves, but we have caring individuals nearby who are also unseen at times, fighting the good fight to support those who they see are fighting their own fight. You are winning the battle and this song was wonderfully performed with finesse and tender care. Thanks for sharing this deep and timeless gem, looking forward to your future originals, as always.

2. @mariajruizb's "Costumbres" By Rocio Durcal Cover Song
It is no mystery that you are extremely gifted and talented. Your voice produces a wondrous and welling sound of pure emotion and chills the listeners with awe and inspiration. This was such a great cover choice that showcased your very capable singing range and you once again captivate us all with ease. 3. @abelfernandez's "Inherent" Original Song
The sound of this entry is really fresh and vibrant. It definitely has the grooving radio professional feel to it. I loved the chill vibes and good energy this produces and you and your band brought this hit to life. Keep up the really nice singing and warming up that falsetto voice. The guitar solo was real groovy and rhythmically pleasing, the drums were just the right amount of percussion and tempo. This was a really well structured and performed song. I definitely look forward to hearing more original material from you. Thanks for sharing this gem, it has a lot of replay value.

You have really polished your caliber of performance for the open mic community. You always bring in high quality entries, and this cover is no exception. You play the piano extremely well and your warm, and full vocal sounds compliment beyond a shadow of a doubt. You can sing with intention and create moments with music and that is what open mic is all about. Please continue to do what you do best, there is not much more to say, but you have the formula down to make great music! Thanks for sharing this performance with us all. Clearly you're one of our most talented pianist/original composers here on Steemit. You display such emotion and deep profound moments in the melodic masterpieces you weave together. It is awakening such creative inspiration to all of us, your fellow musicians, and listeners, to hear and see how your soul can intertwine such harmonic keys together in a flawless fashion. Your transitions are very smooth and you are playing with the dynamics, showing your level of playing and what makes you stand out from others.
