Contest No. 12 -- Are you the oldest? A middle child? The youngest? An only child?

Hey, everybody! It’s time for our next contest! I didn’t post one yesterday (Friday) because I had company and there was no time, so here’s today’s contest.

For today’s easy contest all you have to do is leave a comment with your birth order. Are you the oldest child, the youngest? A middle child or maybe an only child? Simply reply to this post and leave a quick note.

Here’s my answer:

youngest of a big family

The Deadline

This contest will be open for 7 days. When this post pays out in 7 days, the contest closes.

So be sure get your entry in early!

The Prize

The winner will earn half (50%) of the SBD earned from this post!

As the "judge," I have the final say on who the winner is.

Rules To Play

Be sure to follow these two rules or your comment / entry won't count. Yes, there are only two! It's really simple!

  1. Hit Reply and tell us where you are in the birth order of your siblings.
  2. Upvote this post. The more people who upvote, the more the payout will be. It's as simple as that.

That's it!

NOTE: Please don’t write anything along the lines of "upvote me!" or "follow me." If you do, you'll be disqualified. That contributes absolutely nothing and is just spammy, so don't do it. Please!

Winner Announcement

After 7 days when the contest ends, the winner will be either randomly chosen or I will choose a winner. I will announce the winner that day (or the next day in case I get busy or it's late in the day and I'm snoozing).

For this contest, I'll use an online random picker so everyone has the same odds of winning!

Spread the Word!

Let your Steemit friends and followers know about this contest so more can play! It's easy and hopefully will be fun.

And the more who play, the bigger the prize will be.

So, feel free to Resteem this post or link it to promotion groups. Thanks for playing!

I am the oldest of two. The funny thing is that my mom and dad are both the youngest in their families. Because of this, nobody can really relate to the trials and struggles of being the oldest child.

You are a trailblazer! I bet that was a different dynamic!

I am the youngest of 3 :D

Another youngest! Thanks for playing @itachi24j!

The eldest, of 2 legit and 2 not so legit , and the smartest of all 4.

hahaha! We have a wise cracker! I love it!

Another youngest.

I'm the oldest! (Married to a youngest!)

Oh, bet that's interesting. I bet I can guess who's in charge.

Yay!! Thank you so much!

As an adopted child - only child. Biologically speaking no clue, I know nothing of said biological family.

I actually wondered about people who were adopted when I decided to do this post. I certainly didn't aim to make anyone uncomfortable or anything. I hope I didn't and really appreciate you playing.

My dad was always straightforward with me about being adopted, much to my mother's horror because she thought it'd make me feel less loved or whatever. So I've known since I was old enough to really understand what that meant, and I'm perfectly comfortable discussing it so no worries ^^

I think that's the best way to go. I'm glad your dad told you so it was always something you knew.

I think so too. A lot of my friends are adopted and found out in different ways, but the one thing we all have in common is that we could always sort of 'feel', for lack of a better term, that we were different from other kids with biological parents. Nothing on the part of our adopted parents, just this sense something was different. I find those who found out through other means or were told when they were older didn't handle it quite so well and often felt lied to by their parents, and those who were told as soon as they were old enough to get it tend to take it better because kids are usually way smarter than people give them credit for and not nearly as judgmental.

I think kids are smarter than people give them credit for, too.

Oldest of five to three dads and two mums... bet that has your head spinning. Lol. Great contest idea. 😁 found you through #newbieresteemday

Okay, yeah, not sure exactly but good for you all! Glad you found this contest and played!

I am the youngest of 4 children. :)

Another youngest! Thanks for playing, @ailenepm.

Hey @peggyhazelwood
Would you mind me playing with the @newbiegames account?
We're trying to enter some contests with that account, and maybe win some SBDvwhich we can use to grow the account...

Yes, go for it! You can play as yourself, @simplymike, too if you want (if that works!). The more the merrier!
