Starting in one hour on MSP Waves the next in the series of Use Case Radio.

This week the topic is Film and Steem.

Film and Steem are a good fit.

There are already examples of film makers using the steem blockchain to fund their projects.

Steem and film are definitely ripe for the picking if you know where to look.

We are going to be discussing funding through the blockchain for independent film makers, collaborating on films and promotion and marketing on the blockchain, amongst other topics.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to discuss the HardFork Series and Steemit's potential to give people in the film industry an alternative option to create art without compromising their vision! I really think this platform has only scratched surface in how it will change the industry. As Brian said,
as SMT's and communities evolve it'll be possible to use blockchain for the entire process of making film.

Eric, thank you very much for coming on the show. It was fascinating to hear from people on frontline like yourself.

From listening to the conversations it does look like steem could be a 'natural fit' for independent filmmakers.
