This is a weekly overview of my personal handicapping and live betting results on teams from the Belgian Jupiler League with some insights on my overall approach.

This was the last week before the winter break and I took a very cautious approach having been in something of a downswing lately. The impulsive reaction when being in a bad streak is to increase the stakes because 'it has to turn around at some point'. The smarter way of going about it is to keep going based on the betting plan that was made at the start or decrease the stakes a bit until a better handicapping form returns which I what I did this week. It resulted in a +0.274 unit winning week and I won't complain about that. I had built up another 'lose a little win a lot' live betting position on Club Brugge which would have made a huge difference but it failed to hit.

So the season is now halfway complete and I'm sitting at a +2.48% ROI after having taken a massive amount of 800 bets. Given the fact that I had a great 2017-2018 season doing +7% on 1000+ bets I did expect a regression to the mean at some point. The number of bets also increased quite some and I nearly at the total stake that I wagered last season in total. So overall the season can be seen as fairly reasonable so far. There is still a long way to go and I will be breaking my head more over the handicaps and total lines after the winter break ended.

More of my personal live bets were shared on the SBC Discord #live-betting Channel again in week 21. One of them was a higher odds winner both me and @acelad were on in the Kortrijk vs Zulte-Waregem match. I will be making the next record update on these shared live bets somewhere the next weeks and continue to share them when the league starts again.

I will probably start a separate chart for the 2nd part of the season. The longer term is always the main objective and every short term measure that can be done to improve upon that I'm glad to use. I will be making a more detailed recap of the season so far with a longer term graph that includes last season aswel soon.
