I would like to thank the whole Steemit community for the support you have given me and our Ugandan team thus far,its been an incredible journey as we met up for the first time and new Steemian introduceyourself posts made some small money..!! You can imagine the joy and belief they have in Steemit now.
I write this post with incredible joy in my heart as i see team Uganda growing day in day out as you will see in this post below.
We were guys in attendance and it was a great event,its unfortunate a few folks turned up as many had already gone for the Christmas holiday.
It is a tradition here during Christmas for people to travel upcountry in the village to enjoy the festivities with their family members.
I remember a few days ago i run a post showing some guys i talked to and luckily this guys were approved in time and they got active on Steemit.

After these guys registered,they began asking me very many questions and i decided to meet them up and answer all their questions once and for all(in the meet up).
We met up and discussed as we took some soft drinks and biscuits, i had withdrwawn some money a few days ago,so i sponsored the drinks!
My other friends @battebilly and @tesaganewton helped me answer some questions.

The meet up was so exciting as these new guys had already made money from their introduceyourself posts!!
I narrated to them how i earned 0.57$ from my introduceyourself post and they could not believe!
I also told them how my next 2 pots made a whooping 0.00$
The biggest question i was asked of how much the minimal balance a person can withdraw!!
This question i guess was brought up because some of them earned from their introduceyourself posts...
I had to answer it to their satisfaction.
I also told them how to comment by avoiding generic commenting,i stressed how a newbie should embrace commenting and showed them how them how this is done!
Yes i had to do it,some of this things have to be done practically and i comment i made made 1$.....just in-front of their eyes...they are now commenting like crazy hahahahaha

Steemit will be so good for Africa. Africa has lots of interesting things to offer users seeking content, photos and intersting infos.
How do you exchange Ugandan money for sbd?
I use exchanges,most times i use @changelly or @blocktrades and then sell my bitcoins for mobile money which can be sent to my mobile phone number!
But BTC transaction fees are getting very high. I wanted to do a transaction today and the fee alone would have been $20. I was like fuck that and cancelled.
The fees are really insane bro....i have just done a transaction though combined with another Steemian to reduce costs...................the price is really high for a minnow.
What is mobile money?

Mobile money is a simple way of sending and receiving money to and from others here in Africa using our phone sim-cards......its roughly also digital transfer..!!
It is a substitute for banks..
