(POR) Nesta sexta quero contar-vos uma história de aventura e de um novo conceito chamado NADISMO. Que significa viver cada momento. Ora leiam...
(ENG) This Friday I wanted to tell you an adventure story and about a new concept, the NOTHINGISM . Which means enjoying every moment. Just read below...
(POR) Tenho uma amiga que fez o que muitos de nós sonham a vida inteira, mas que quase nunca concretizam. Mudar. Mudar de vida, de casa, de país, de continente. Praticar o desapego. Das coisas. E o apego à alma e à vida. Corajosa, determinada, consequente, alegre, espiritual, amiga. Uma amiga cheia de boas energias, com uma alma que enche uma casa, conversadora incansável. Mudou de vida, mudou de continente, mudou-se para Chiang Mai, na Tailândia, onde pratica um conceito queela inventou, o Nadismo.
(ENG) A dear friend of mine did what many of us dream to do our entire life, although never put in practice. Change. Change life, home, country, and continent. Practicing detachment. Of things. And attach themselves to the soul and life. Brave, focused, bold, cheerful, spiritual, friendly. A friend full of good energies, with a soul that fills an entire house, a relentless chatter. She changed her life, moved into another Continent, to Chiang Mai, in Thailand, where she practices a concept she invented, the Nothingism.
(POR) O Nadismo, contrariamente ao que se possa pensar, não é fazer nada, mas sim fazer o que se gosta e desfrutar cada momento. Em Chiang Mai mora também um amigo meu, o Nuno, e tínhamos lá ido antes, ela e eu, fazer uma prospeção para ver se seria “o” sítio que ela sonhara. Não só era, como, entre eles, nasceu uma afinidade quase imediata, que se consolida numa amizade em cada dia que passa. Não é fantástico?
(ENG) Nothingism doesn’t mean doing nothing, on the contrary, means doing what we love, and enjoying every moment. Another friend of mine, Nuno, also lives in Chiang Mai. She and I had gone there before, to check out if the place would be "the one" she had dreamed about. And it ended up being “the place”, and, furthermore, between those two an almost immediate empathy was born. An empathy that has been turned into a friendship each passing day. Isn’t this fantastic?
(POR) Há coincidências na vida que nos fazem pensar que, afinal, são mais que isso. É o destino, ou sei lá o que lhe querem chamar. Admiro-te muito, Margarida, por teres dado um passo que, mais do que que te permitir praticar o nadismo, é um nadismo cheio. É nadismo, não feito de nada, mas de tudo. Diverte-te, goza, que um dia destes tens-me aí a passar uns tempos!
(ENG) There are coincidences in life that make us think that, after all, they are more than just coincidences. It's fate, or whatever you may call it. I admire you heaps, Margarida, for taking a step that, more than allowing you to practice nothingism, is a full one. It’s nothingism, not made out of nothing, but of everything. Have fun, enjoy, as one of these days I will be there to spend a while with you!
