"No time" is because you don't think it is not important

A few days ago, my friend called and asked me to attend a one-month intensive class, three lessons per day for about an hour, and attend ten times a month. My first reaction was, no, I have no time. I am also taking some courses, and my morning is basically occupied. My friend says you don’t have to find excuses, no matter how busy you will certainly have time.

He keeps on convincing me, and I was getting a little impatient, but also embarrassed to refuse him. In the end, I can only reluctantly agreed.

After hanging up the phone, I keep wondering why I don't want to attend. I believe I am a disciplined person, as long as I want to do, I will persist. So the question is not whether I can insist on it, but because I think it is unimportant, not worth taking my time.

We often encounter such things in our life, when your friends invited you to attend a book fair, go to the gym or get a meal together, as long as we do not want to go, we immediately think of 100 excuses to refuse, the most used excuse is "no time."

The reason why a girl can lose weight and maintain it is that she has a strong motivation to become slim. Driven by this motivation, she will pay attention to diet, do more exercise with some weight loss methods, so that they can continue to maintain a good body.

So, before you start something you have to do or what you want to do, think about why you do it. What are the benefits to you? Continue to deepen the benefits, generate motivation, let the brain recognize it.

Reserve time

Reserve a time for what you want to do. For example, if you 're going to read for an hour every day, you need to be clear when you want to set that one hour. Do things at a fixed time, so that the brain produces inertia that can ensure you can be persistent.

Clocking under the supervision

I usually use this, and the more effective way is to make a handwritten list myself. Make a tick every time have done it. One is to have a record of your behavior; second is when you see the full list of ticks, you will be very fulfilling and increases your confidence in your persistence.

i find myself squandering time thinking and complaining about how i dont have enough time to get this or that accomplished. there is somehow always time to waste time. haha

The weird thing is you will always have time to waste, but always have no time to do something.
