If the second chance is not enough gove them the third forth and fifth chance, always remember we re humans and we can do and undo, we can't be predicted 100%. Before you conclude about someone try to look at yourself as well, check how many times you have wronged and if those people decided not to forgive you. We have all wronged people by words or deeds none of us is clean. Remember this saying that all dogs eat shit but only the dog caught eating that is a bad dog.
