You need to grow more or update yourself, take yourself to a new version, if your super not moving forward and thinking all is well I don't need to grow, your practically outdating yourself, try to be up-to-date, is no harm at all, applications if not all works better when updated to a new version. Not growing is same like experiencing stagnation, please update from version 2.0 to 2.1, you need to move forward to be better, apply this in your life standard and compare your present to your past and try to look at the future.
