the winner for week 21 is...
First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! NOM NOM NOM! Hope everyone is having a safe and fun-filled holiday! We had numerous new faces show up this week and grace our audeince with their wonderful voices. After all was said and done with the judging, the winner is @tinypaleokitchen just nomming down those popular votes again and bellowing out the notes. She sang David Bowie's 'Life on Mars and we sure loved it!
Our second place winner again is just a phenomenal singer! This girl has some chords! She sang Shakira and almost made @enginewitty cry AGAIN. Beautiful voice, we hope to see you many times! Congratulations to @alejandra23!
The final winner this week is brand new to the contest. Here is @morodiene singing some Journey - Don't Stop Believing. Great job, hun! Keep on singing!

Thank you to everyone who entered. We look forward to another week of fun and games! We can't wait to hear all the lovely voices and what songs they choose to sing :) So, show us what ya got and what ya love! Then, drop your video and/or link to your post with the video of you down there in the comments section. Easy, right? Here's 'the catch'.

JUDGING CATEGORIES
- Popular vote: This will carry 25% of the overall score. Whoever has the most upvotes (not reward amount for the post) in the comments below, will win the popular vote.
- NOTE - You may only vote for yourself ONCE, purchased bot votes for yourself will not count.
- Timing: 25% weight - how close you are to the timing of the original lyrics.
- Pitch: 25% weight - how close you are to staying on key to the original lyrics.
- Likeness & Performance: 25% weight - how much you actually sound like and embody the singer of the original lyrics.

TBH: I totally hate this song (just in general), but listened to most of it for you. ๐ Strangely, it's not this version of the song I find creepy. This one is a little more rock and roll.
