The user receives 60% of the reward goes to the curator and 40% stays in the rewards.

4 minutes of voting:
The user receives 80% of the rewards goes directly to the curator and 20% stays in the rewards fund.

5 minutes of voting:
The user receives 100% of the rewards go directly to the curator.
