Hi steemians, the steemit journey hasn’t been an easy one. Writing achievement tasks and exploring tools and other useful platform on the steem blockchain. I will say it’s really worthwhile going through the introductory achievement tasks, they have helped to give me better understanding on the steem Blockchain as well as other crypto platforms.
In this task I will be compiling all my achievements posts as we wrap this stage of our work on the Blockchain.

Achievement 1 Task: My Introductory Post

I got to know steemit through a close friend who is identified on the steemit platform as @jehoshua-shey, he encouraged me to join the blockchain and also taught me on how to go about my introductory post. I made my introductory post where I wrote about myself, how I got to know steemit and all that. This is the link to my introductory post.

Achievement 2 Task: Basic Security on Steem

While I read the post that serves as a beginners guide made by @cryptokannon I discovered how important the keys on the steem Blockchain are, I was almost discouraged while creating my account on steemit seeing I had to save very lengthy keys. But as I continued and knew the worth of the platform I knew why it is so important to have such strong keys. So I went on to write extensively on the security keys in steemit, what and how they function and also how to keep them safe. This is the link to my post on the Basic Security on Steem.

Achievement 3 Task : Content Etiquette

I moved on to achievement 3 where I wrote on content etiquette, I knew about plagiarism but I thought plagiarism only applies in academic research work. But studying this concept on the steemit platform was an eye opener and I understand the penalties and how to avoid plagiarism. This is the link to my post on Content Etiquette.

Achievement 4 Task: Applying Markdowns

Presentation and styling of contents affects how a content appeals to a curator. During this achievement 4 task I understood better that, good contents, if not presented properly will not be given the attention it deserves. This task wasn’t difficult for me to figure out since I have a good knowledge in HTML and web development frameworks. This is the link to my post on Applying Markdowns.

Achievement 5 Tasks

When I reached the achievement 5 tasks I was a bit confused seeing it had multiple tasks embedded in it unlike other tasks. But seeing I had a lot to achieve ahead I had to delve into this task seriatim.

Steemdb.io was explored too and I understood that user’s activities on steem Blockchain are not hidden. All activities of users are explained and detailed in the steemdb.io. steem db is an abbreviation of steem database. This is the link of my post on Review Steemdb.io.

Achievement 6 Task: Understanding Curation and Community

Understanding curation and community was the last task I attended to as a beginner in this Blockchain. I read and understood how curation works and this cleared my doubts on why some of my posts were not upvote and some expired and why they have different upvote value.
