For four weeks, you’ve kept us entertained and shared some wonderful stories and health information. It is time for week five. One of our most valuable possessions is our body, and we only have one in a lifetime.

It is therefore important that we look after it. This week, we want to know all about the four main factors needed for a healthy life. Those things that enable you to have better overall health.


"The Four Main Factors of Health"

It is important that we stay healthy, so we must take care of our bodies. To enable us to do this, we need to focus on the four main factors required for maintaining good health: diet, sleep, exercise (activity), and mental wellbeing.

When we take care of these factors, we can improve our physical and mental health, boost our immune system, reduce stress, and so much more.


What do we expect from the challenge?

For this challenge, we want you to write a paragraph on each of these four elements;

👩‍💼 What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?

👩‍💼 What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?

👩‍💼 What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?

👩‍💼 What do you do for mental fitness?

We want to see original posts; therefore, share some images of the food you eat, your exercise or activities, and the games you play to keep your mental fitness.

Note : You can even write a diary entry and share your day, covering the four elements of diet, sleep, exercise (activity), and mental wellbeing.


Guidelines and Rules:

  • Post must be #steemexclusive.

  • Use the following title: "Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W5 - "The Four Main Factors of Health"

  • Participants must be verified and active users on the platform.

  • Post must be more than 350 words. (350 to 500 words)

  • The images used must be the author's own or free of copyright. (Don't forget to include the source.)

  • Participants should not use any bot voting services, do not engage in vote buying.

  • The participation schedule is between Monday, August 21, 2023 at 00:00 UTC to Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 23:59 UTC.

  • Community moderators would leave quality ratings of your articles and likely upvotes.
  • The publication can be in any language.
  • Plagiarism and use of AI is prohibited.

  • Upvote and resteem this contest post. Follow @hive-168205 if you haven't already.

  • Use the tags #healthysteem-s11w5 #country (example- #venezuela, #pakistan) #steemexclusive.

  • Use the #burnsteem25 tag only if you have set the 25% payee to @null.

  • Post the link to your entry in the comments section of this contest post. (very important).

  • Your article must get at least 10 upvotes and 5 valid comments to count as valid in the contest, so be sure to interact with other users' entries.

Hola,muy interesante este concurso, tengo una duda si hago el diario con mis actividades y mis comidas tambien debo responder las preguntas guía o no es necesario?
