Introduction

Greetings to you all leaders and community members. I am delighted to make a detailed report for Team Innovation. Last week the team had a lot of activities that keeps the team members busy.

Verification

Last week we had one new verified member in our team. She is @kesybliss. We also had many who joined the team through our promotion but are yet to be verified.

Promotion and Roadshow

Team Innovation is actively doing well in terms of promotion. That is why last week we had over ten newbies who join the platform. Out of the ten seven successfully did thier achievement one post.

Training/mentorship

As usual Team Innovation meet once a week at mindset office. Number 15 Ikpa Road Uyo Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria for its training and mentorship of the newbies.

To make the training lively and easy to understand. I made use of the following instructional materials.

• Projector screen
• Projector
• Laptop
• Phone

During the training while I @udyliciouz is instructing, @manuelhooks will be projecting it on the screen for them to see. This made a great impart on the learners. They love the training so much and will be asking when our next training will be, promising to bring new ones.

Aside from meeting once a week for training, I have also created a WhatsApp group where I mentored them on daily basis and also encourage them to ask questions at wherever they have difficulties.

To Foster engagement, I have instructed my team members to always comment and vote on people's post as this will make them to be recognized in the platform.

I also encourage them to join in the comment contest that is going on in steem-alive community.

Plans for the new week

I have plan to print more promotional materials. Plan to print t-shirts for my team members. Since most of them are newbies and as such they so not have branded t-shirt for promotion.

Conclusion

Last week was full of activities for Team Innovation. I really appreciate my team members for thier cooperation.
Team Innovation seek for support to print promotional material like fliers. The Team is made up of newbies and they do not have what it's take to print flyers for now.

I appreciate the effort of my state representative @ngoenyi and to my fellow coordinators, they are really doing well. I also appreciate @focusnow the founder of steem alive community for his hardwork and always encouraging community members to do more when it comes to promotion.
