As the saying goes "do what scares you everyday".
A roadshow promotion was one of my biggest fears coupled with my work busy schedule. But Friday 19th November, 2021, I face my fears and join in the roadshow. Hello all promoters in the Steemalive community this is @kesybliss reporting from uyo the capital city of AkwaIbom state.

Yesterday, I was informed that there will be a promotional roadshow in the heart of Uyo by 9 a.m. with our team (Team Innovation) with members in attendance, we hit Epic plaza along Ikot Ekpene road by Ibom plaza.

Epic plaza is an ICT outfit filled with over 200 people and they offer various ICT services such as binding, printing, photocopy, graphics, cyber cafe and lots more. Since it is strategically located opposite University of uyo town campus, students go the for their academic work. Five people showed up and we started the promotion earlier and since I was new to the field work so I had to watch the presentation. On getting the points and terms used I started promoting steemit although the people we met were so busy with the jobs they had, we had some result and some even said we should come back another day since they were busy.

After series of network failure and battery low on registration, @udylicious realize it was time to pick her daughter from school, so she left,
@fonexsignature and @esthyfashion had some appointments to catch up so they all left it was @kesybliss and @manualhooks that was on the field. We continue the promotion till 3:48 when we felt so exhausted and we left.

On getting back to the office we met two of our colleagues who asked us where we went to then got interested and requests for a sign up @manualhooks registered one of them but my battery was low and our second colleague was on her way home because she needed to travel today so she put her sign up unhold till Monday.

Conclusion
Friday's promotion was an exciting one although we went through some challenges, but we made it through so it was a success and an eye open for me as a newbie. I thank our members how showed up @udyliciouz @manuelhooks @fonexsignature and @esthyfashion. It wouldn't have been successful without you all.
