INTRODUCTION

Hello my dear friends and leaders in the @steemalive community, how are you all doing in this wonderful day?

It's a pleasure to be back in my office as a Moderator. I sincerely want to apologize for not being active for about 2 months now, it was not intentional. My fellow Mod knows what happened to my steemit Account, it was hack but by the I was we where able to recover it although it took a long time anyway, so during that time my work as a mod was no moving. It was just like somebody that is in the farm and no cutlass for him to work, during that period I was not really happy at all because week to week I can't very post, I can't make post. To me it was just as if the world has come to and end.
It got to an extent where I now lost the writing and forget about my steemit Account. But @chichieze my fellow Mod was encouraging me continually, she told me that I should not worry that her eyes 👀 are widely open to monitor my account, she said that I should never give up on it because she wants me to come back to steemit that she is Missing my activities.

To God be that glory, the açcount was recovered by the help of the Mod and the Founder of this community @focusnow.

Since the recovery, I have been struggling to readjust my schedule and work on my self so that I can be able to do my work effectively. Due to the appetite that I lost, thats is why I was not to active.
But glory to God that I am now revived and I started the work fully last week.

AS A MODERATOR

Am a Moderator in the steemalive community, I find it as a privilege to serve in my little way. As a Moderator my work is to checkmate all post that is made in our community, looking at the qualities below.

• Checkmating the club
• Checkmating the post if there is any plagiarised word's
• Checkmating the total number of words
• Checkmating the use of bots
• Checkmating the exclusiveness

RECRUITMENT AND MENTORSHIP

I have not been able to carryout my recruitment exercise for a while now due to some reason. Most of the person I recruited back then are not really serious, Is just as if they don't like writing and am disturbing them apart from @austinaustus that is facing some difficulty and @chukwumagodwin that had some challenges with his phone.
Secondly I relocated to the main town of Asaba and am trying to start all over again in the recruiting new person which I took a move today and I will be going out this week to registere some person that will be willing to learn and make money through writing. My target are most on those person's that does P.O.S around my area and to other person's.

Observations and Recommendations

In my little way, I observed that most of our members still made the first picture in their post to be in a landscape position.
Although they are trying in improving the number of words which I say a big kudos to them.

CONCLUSION

I really appreciate the leadership of this community for their understand and cooperation, and I must say that the mods are really doing a great work in this community and I pray that the Lord should bless them all.
