This report is the result of our team's discussion via the Steem Greeters Discord channel on March 4 - 10 2024, we have selected several posts of concern to present in this report.

This report represents a week of Steem Greeters Team activity in the Newcomer Community as we have been actively encouraging newcomers by providing guidance and support to them to maximize newcomers' understanding of Steemit rules where necessary. Guide them to complete newcomer achievement tasks and also verify new accounts according to the rules to avoid fake accounts and also farming.

We have also recorded achievement task verification activities in a spreadsheet to simplify the task of monitoring and taking necessary follow-up actions on their achievement tasks by greeters.

Without further ado, let's take a look at last week's Immigrant Community activities from the period 4-10 March 2024.

• We have responded to 69 achievement tasks of newcomers from 9 countries and guided them to complete the achievement task, which is only one user who did not properly provide information about his country of origin.

• We have reviewed Achievement 1, Achievement 2, Achievement 3, Achievement 4, Achievement 5.4, and Achievement 6 by adding the label following their user name

• We highlighted 5 newcomers who are actively posting good quality content and we assumed that those newcomers are potentially adding positive value to the platform. Here are those incredible Steemians that we selected for the week.

@gailly	ACHIEVEMENT 2: BASIC SECURITY ON STEEM BY @gailly As a newcomer, @gailly has a keen interest in learning. In this task, she described the use of Steem keys and their security according to her understanding and presented the transaction processes of Steemitwallet as per the requirements of the task. As a newcomer, she is trying to increase her activism in the community, and hopefully she will continue this trend.Selected by @ripon0630
