MY MONTHLY COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVE REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL,.... BY @njiatanga...02/05/2021

Steem greetings everyone...... guess we all doing good in our various corners of the world. I had been out for several months, had some real life situations and couldn't carry out my duties as country representative but am back and stable now all ready to work together with fellow country representative @saxopedia and our team here to grow steemit Cameroon to the summit. So here is my activity report for the month of April

The month of April came with a huge vision of bringing onboard 1.5 million Cameroonians to the steemit platform in the next 18 months and a structuring plan that will create a sustainable support system for these steemians. So far we have held several consultative meetings with regards to the support system targeting 100k steem power for the first quarter by the end of December 2021 for the #steemcameroon community account as recommended by @steemcurator01. We have mapped out strategies which will be announced via the #steemcameroon community account this coming week that will enable us attain the objectives of this first quarter. Meanwhile the campaign of sensitizing, accounts sign up and mentorship has already been on with lots of other exciting elements attached to it such as The #SteemCameroonLiteracyCenter, Cameroon steemit sensitization campaign, seminar and trainings and focal points (office space) where steemians and would be steemians can come for support and mentorship

Apart from the consultative meetings with fellow country representative @saxopedia and team members @thegreens, @fombae, @yeesja and @nforyembe, I have been directly involved in activities of sensitization campaigns, new accounts sign up, mentorship and curating contents using my personal account. I haven't used the @steemcurator04 account for the pass month as i and @saxopedia had an understanding he will curate for the month of April while i will curate for the month of May, so we rotate turns.

Our steemit sensitization campaign has followed two main routes, that is radio talks at our partner radio station for the #SteemCameroonLiteracyCenter Ntarikon, City FM Rdio and training seminar in which we have had one so far. I have had a weekly two days routine to go on air via City fm radio Ntarikon Bamenda to sensitize the general public about the steemit platform and through this i have been receiving enormous feedbacks as lots of steemit aspirants sending messages through my whatsapp expressing their interest in steemit and that the will like to be part of the platform. Gradually each day i am able to attend to a chunk of these messages and initiate them into the mentorship program. So far i have been able to sign up and mentor a good number of new steemians to making their introductory posts and continue steeming for the month of April. It is worth mentioning that all of these new steemians are still under mentorship, our mission at the Steem Cameroon Literacy Center is to see that all these newbies get adequate support in taking their achievement task posts and effectively gain sufficient knowledge on the steemit platform to be able to create quality content. I have been having a lot more feedbacks and i think steemit is beginning to assume a steady growth trend here in Cameroon. Bellow is a table of newly signed up steemians and their introductory posts:

For the sake of the report i will end the table here, but i total i have worked with 35 new steemians helping them sign up, and mentoring them through making their introductory posts. For those who haven't made any post yet, i am following up to see that the become active.
