Clawfoot bathtub! A fiction
Dear friends
I am pleased to participate in the daily challenge of @mariannewest, Friday's message: clawfoot bathtub. I hope you enjoy.
After the brief walk in which he saw art expressed in those ceramic figures, on his return Mark passed in front of an exhibition of household items and antique objects, there in a corner of the store an object was defying time, a clawfoot bathtub, so he remembered his visits to his grandparents in the west who had one at home, as a child he always had fun playing in this one, there to float a small toy boat.
Everything seemed so far away as if he had lived it in another life and another time. Feeling the challenge of his new time, all that remained was to return to harsh reality.
Now he had to hurry since a new winter storm was coming so he had to take care not to get sick again. He was always struck by how changing the climate was in that city.
(to be continue...)

I remember one of those as well. And isn't it true that we all have to return to harsh realities now.
