Panic! A fiction

Mark after falling deeply asleep from the effects of the antipyretic pill that was taken to alleviate the discomfort he had, in dreams he began to rave that he was traveling a long corridor to an unknown place. Despite his self-medication, fever and discomfort did not give up. Overhanging and trembling with panic for how sick he felt, he picked up the phone and called the hospital's emergency department.

A few minutes later the paramedics presented themselves, after auscultating him they placed him on a stretcher to transfer him without delay to the emergency services. He drew attention to the fact that they used mouth cover.

Upon arriving at the hospital there everything was presented in a total disorder with many patients waiting for their care and also the hysteria of the doctors and nurses transmitted a lot of tension to those present.

Mark now alarmed asked what was happening, one of the nurses said:

"Don´t worry, we will adequately isolate you, it is only for prevention due to the flu epidemic that we are suffering in the city."
