Picker! A fiction

Now after starting the trial for the defense of the interests of the franchise for the claim of compensation by Kurt, Mark was right to select a good picker of evidence that would disrupt the claim of his employee and save interests of the company.

At the beginning of the trial, the arguments that put into question the lawsuit filed by Kurt were broken down, so that once both parties were heard by the jurors, the judge issued his final verdict in favor of Mark thus saving his reputation .

Mark when he heard the decision, he felt the happiest knowing that his reputation had gone untouched, from that moment he could already plan his work to achieve a lasting result over time.

Kurt for his part had to settle for the compensation that had been decided as he also had to pay all the expenses caused by his claim.
