We live in a critical time and life is so hard to deal with, no matter how careful we are we still have some life challenges, and problems especially the ones we can't control, thus the saying life happens! The economic crisis and uncertainties, high cost of living, loss of job, loss of loved one in death, involving in an unexpected happening like an accident, divorce, business failure etc can change our lives for bad. When this happens how can you remain positive?
