Today was supposed to be an active rest day for me, but a friend of mine wanted me to go to the gym with him this morning to get an understanding on a few lifts. We didn't do anything too crazy, just a lightweight full body workout to get him started.

Back Squat - 5x5

T-Bar Rows - 5x5
Shoulder Press - 5x5
Cardio 30 min. x2 (once with him, once with the pup later tonight)
