Good morning Steemit!
Thank you for another amazing week of entries. We had more great entries than ever this week and they were all such great quality. I enjoyed learning all of the different ways that you guys de-stress and I've been inspired to focus more of my time on some of these strategies.
I'm sure that each week the challenge will grow and grow - the bigger it gets, the bigger the prizes will be so make sure you share the challenge on your own pages so that as many people can join in as possible. The more people that join in and get behind the challenge, the more prize money we can offer!

I love choosing winners for these challenges because I get to read every single one of them. In the old format we asked for your votes but with this challenge it's down to a panel of judges. That will mean we can run the contests more regularly and won't have big gaps between challenges, entries, finalists and winners. That means there's more opportunities for you guys to win Steem! Without further ado, let's look at which entries came 1st, 2nd and 3rd this week.
Let me tell you, this was a very very hard choice. The levels of entry are improving each and every single week and we're seeing some regular faces who are improving each week as well! Very exciting.

He's stuck with it, and worked hard, and has always focused on the participation and joy of inspiring others. I love this and this week he's submitted an awesome entry on dlive, with great original videography with great editing. Well done mate, this is awesome.

@maretere has put together a lovely post about the practice of Tai Chi. With some great information on stress and then detailed instructions on how and why to do Tai Chi, this was a really lovely and honest entry. I just loved the raw-ness of that time spent on the rocks, by the ocean, practising the art. Thank you!

For those who know me and who have been following the challenge for a while, will know that we usually reward original photography along with good information and education. @blackempror hasn't included his own photography but the information out-weighs this short coming with a well structured, well formatted and well written piece with lots of great information. Well done!
There were some great entries this week so I wanted to do a few shout outs to some of the other entries who also came close to winning.
We had such a lovely mix of different entries this week. Some where more informative, some were more inspirational. We had a mix of original photography and stock images but all of the entries above were beautifully formatted, well written and easy to read. I really liked that some gave an education while some led by example. You've all done some amazing entries here and were so close to winning - keep up the good work and I'm sure that in weeks very soon you'll be winning easily!
