Hello, dear friends, today I come to participate in the third week of the health challenge, promoted by our friends @healthsquared and @sweetsssj, in this week corresponds: Show us how you de-stress. I decided to participate with an activity carried out in the institution where I work for the day of the challenge; since doing exercises is one of the things that most stress relieves me.

The benefits of sports in health are multiple. Exercising helps reduce cholesterol levels, gain resistance, self confidence and also relieve daily stress. And it is that going to the gym or practicing any type of activity takes care of our body and our mind.

Stress

When we perform a physical activity our body releases endorphins acting as a natural painkiller for the nervous system, it is for this reason that after doing exercises we feel peace and wellbeing.

Warm up:

We always have to warm up before starting any physical activity, it is the most important.

This part was very important since the blind participants who attended even though they were with sighted guides at first stated that they would not be able to do it but then after motivating them they managed to do the exercises correctly and participated with much encouragement.

Exercises of Thought and Mental Agility:

Do not look at the clock, do what it does: move on.

This exercise was very fun, was to tie a rope in both hands, the two players but the second player passed over the first player, as evidenced in the following photographs:


You had to separate one rope from the other without letting go of your hands. Only one couple managed to solve in a matter of minutes, the rest fell, moved the ropes spinning, others despaired to see that they could not, was very exciting.
